The Guests Module in AdvanceCM allows you to view, manage, and interact with all guests associated with your bookings. Whether you’re checking guest details, reviewing booking history, or reaching out to a guest, this module puts everything you need right at your fingertips.
Guests List View
You can access the Guests Module from the left-side menu in the app.

Here, you will see a list of your guests.

Guests Search bar
Tap the Search icon to find guests by typing the guest’s name into the search field (as shown in the screenshot below).

Guests Search Filters
Tap the Filters icon to search using multiple fields (as shown in the screenshot below). Select the required filters and tap Apply to view the results.

Create a new Guest
Tap the blue icon on the Guests List View screen (bottom right) to create a new guest.

Enter the guest’s information in the form that appears and tap Save. The new guest will now appear in your guest list.

Guests Detail View
Tap any guest record to open the Guest Detail View, which includes several tabs.
To see the full list of available tabs, slide along the tabs bar or click on the icon on the tab bar, as shown in the screenshot below:

Available Tabs:
1- Details
View all general information related to the guest.

2- Messages
View all communications between the guest and host.

3- Comments
View comments or notes added for the guest. Tap the blue icon in the bottom right to add new comments.

4- Documents
Upload and view guest-related documents.

5- Bookings
View all past, current, and upcoming bookings associated with the guest.

6- Interactions
Record guest interactions and use AdvanceCM as your CRM to keep track of important communication history.

7- Attributes
View pre-defined attributes that can be saved for the guest.

8- Custom Attributes
View custom attributes that apply across all modules.

Additional Guest Options:
The Actions icon also provides you with options that you can perform for that guest:
