The Extras module in the AdvanceCM mobile app allows you to track additional payments received from guests, regardless of the payment method. By creating entries in Extras, you can document these payments and, if needed, charge the guest directly through the app using the Charges module.
Extras List View
You can access the Extras Module from the left-side menu in the app, under the Finance option.

Here, you will see your list of extras.
Extras Search bar
Use the Search icon to locate an extra by entering their name in the search bar, as shown in the screenshot below.

Extras Search Filters
Tap the Filters icon to search using various criteria. Select the desired fields and click Apply to filter the results.

Create a New Extra
Tap the blue icon on the Extras List View as shown below.

Click Add Extra.

Fill in the required fields on the Details tab and any related attachments on the Attachments tab click Save to create the extra.

Extras Detail View
Tapping on any extra from the list will open the Extras Detail Overlay, which includes the following tabs:
Extra - Information relating to the extra such as the rental, category, inquiry, date, amount, payment method, status and description will be available here.

Custom Attributes - Here, you can create your own attributes to be able to track and categorize your extra items.

Comments – View and add notes related to the extra.

Logs - All activity logs related to this incident will be shown on this tab.
