AdvanceCM Mobile App: Charges Module
The Charges module in the AdvanceCM mobile app allows you to quickly collect payments from guests without creating an invoice. You can charge a guest’s saved card directly from a booking or from an Extra, providing a fast and hassle-free way to receive payments.
Charges List View
You can access the Charges Module from the left-side menu in the app, under the Finance option.
Here, you will see your list of charges.

Charges Search Bar
Use the Search icon to locate a charge by entering the name in the search bar, as shown in the screenshot below.


Charges Search Filters
Tap the Filters icon to search by rental, or a specific date range. Select the desired fields and click Apply to filter the results.

Tap the blue icon on the Charges List View as shown below.

Tap on the blue Add Charge option

Fill in the required fields such as Inquiry and Amount and click Save.

If no card is saved to the booking, you will be prompted to Add Billing Details.

Additional Charge Options:
The Actions icon also provides you with options that you can perform for that charge:
