The Autopilot Wizard in the AdvanceCM mobile app is a powerful tool that automates and streamlines various operations, minimizing manual intervention and improving efficiency. It enables users to quickly set up advanced automations for different modules, such as task creation, expense handling, and booking management, with simple toggles and without the need for entering information across multiple screens.
Accessing Autopilot Wizards
You can access the Autopilot Wizards from the left-side menu in the app by navigating to the Automations section and selecting Autopilot.

Here, you will be able to see a list of modules that support automation by clicking on the dropdown list.


Available Modules for Automation
Bookings
Automate notifications to guests or users and update booking statuses.

Once you select what to automate, you'll be presented with further options for what you would like to do, followed by all of the possible automations for your selection. You may be able to choose what you'd like to do from dropdown list, as shown below:

You may also see the available options from tabs instead of a dropdown list:

To view all of the tab items, click on the 3 dot icon:

The available automations for the selected tab will be displayed below.

Editing Templates:
Automations which will send a message to the guest will have a default template that can be modified by clicking on the Edit Template button/icon.

When clicked, you will be able to view and change the text as needed.

Clicking on the Actions icon above presents you with other options:

Restricting Rentals/Channels:
Some automation selections will allow you to restrict what channel or rental you want it to be applied to. If the selection is left empty, then it will be applied to all channels/rentals.
