Account Info & Preferences: Customize Your AdvanceCM Settings
AdvanceCM allows you to tailor key account settings to match your business needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. With Account Preferences, you can configure essential options such as invoice numbering, booking overlapping rules, default check-in/check-out times, and more.
Accessing the Account Info Preferences:
First, click on your profile icon in the lower left corner then on Account Info

Next, click on the Preferences button in the top right

Here you will see tabs allowing you to set different options.

Key Settings You Can Customize
Taxes
Set up tax rules for invoices.
Default Check-in & Check-out Times
Set standard Check-in and Check-out times for your account to streamline booking processes.
Timezone Settings
Select your default timezone to ensure accuracy across all bookings and automations.
Invoice Number Prefix
Define how your Invoice No. Prefix should appear for better organization.
Overlapping Bookings
Choose whether to allow the creation of overlapping bookings based on your business model.
Include Taxes in Auto Invoices
Choose whether to include taxes on your automated invoices that are created by invoice rules.
API Keys
Add API keys to allow integration with other software.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Enhance security for your account by requiring a 2nd level of validation before login.
